The 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in an online-only, virtual meeting format and will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
Shareholders of record as of February 22, 2024, the record date, and those beneficial holders that hold a legal proxy or broker’s proxy card for the Annual Meeting provided by their bank, broker, or nominee are entitled to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting. To attend and participate in the Annual Meeting, shareholders will need to go to http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/SNV2024 and, when prompted, enter the 16-digit control number included in their proxy materials. Those without a 16-digit control number may attend the 2024 Annual Meeting as guests.
Steps for Voting
1 - Please take a moment to read the 2023 Annual Report and 2024 Proxy Statement for an overview of our company's performance in 2023 and a discussion of the matters to be voted on at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
2 - Once you have read the proxy statement and are ready to vote on the matters to be considered at the 2024 Annual Meeting, you can vote several ways:
Vote by Internet - go to www.proxyvote.com and enter the control number that was provided on your notice or proxy card until 11:59 P.M., Eastern Time, on April 23, 2024;
by telephone - call 1-800-690-6903 and enter the control number that was provided on your notice or proxy card until 11:59 P.M., Eastern Time, on April 23, 2024;
by marking, signing and dating the proxy card and mailing the completed proxy card to the following address: Vote Processing, c/o Broadridge, 51 Mercedes Way, Edgewood, New York 11717; or
by attending the meeting virtually at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/SNV2024 and entering the 16-digit control number included in your proxy materials when prompted.
